The results have been posted for our 3rd weekend of football. We’re starting to see the competition take shape.

The draw has also been updated for this weekend. Remember to check back on Friday afternoon in case their are any last minute field updates.

The draw has also had a significant re-shuffle and the playing fields posted for the next two weeks. If there are any changes or requests, please be sure to email them as soon as possible.

We’re moving straight into Round 2 this weekend and the playing fields have now been allocated. There is one match postponed this weekend.

Just a reminder to all our players – we play the old offside rule in this competition.

A player inside the defenders half must have two defenders (this may include the keeper) between them and the defending goal when an attacking player passes the ball forward. Regardless of if a player is in the play of the ball or not, they must adhere to this rule.

This assists our referees, especially if no linesmen are available – but if you do have players on the sideline then they can help rectify this!

The results for Round 1 are now up and it was a cracker of a day for football. There were several big wins in division 1 and 3. We’ll have to wait and see if these teams are offering fierce competition this season, or were the opposition just sleepy having sat through the royal wedding the previous night?
